Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026.

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Pietri Group LLC, operating as MUSA GALLERY, collects and uses personal information when you browse musagallery.com, place an order, or request a commission.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number.
• Order details: the paintings or commissions you purchase, and correspondence about them.
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment processor and is not stored on our own servers.
• Basic technical information (such as browser type and pages viewed) collected automatically when you visit the site.

3. How we use it

We use this information to process orders and commissions, communicate with you about an order in progress, deliver digital files to you, and comply with legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our payment processor and file-delivery service — and only to the extent needed to complete your order.

5. International transfers

Because buyers order from around the world, information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact [email protected].

7. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations, and delete or anonymise personal information once it is no longer needed.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected] or via the Contact page. The registered business address for Pietri Group LLC is available on request by email.
